INTRODUCING TASKANYONE INTRANET

Many clients love TaskAnyone's functionality but are required to keep all their corporate data in-house for security reasons. Now these client's can setup and run a TaskAnyone server within their own corporate network, giving them access to all of TaskAnyone's functionality with all the security of having one's data stored locally.

FUNCTIONALITY

The functionality of TaskAnyone Intranet is almost the same as our regular TaskAnyone product. The primary differences include:
  • The ability to override/customize TaskAnyone web pages and emails.
  • When someone without an account receives a task from a TaskAnyone Intranet, they are not asked to sign up for a free trial - You don't want non-employee's signing up on your corporate system just because you sent them a task!
  • An administrator account allows you to create, validate, login to and remove accounts from your intranet server

REQUIREMENTS

TaskAnyone Intranet runs as a service on nearly an Windows based operating system. Operating requirements and highlights include:
  • Compact, secure Windows based server, built in highly optimized C++.
  • No external Webserver is required (IIS is not used or required).
  • A Mysql database server (used to store task and user information) is automatically installed by the TaskAnyone Intranet installation script.)
  • Customers are responsible for regularly backing up the task data stored in the mysql database.
  • TaskAnyone Intranet must have access to your companies Mail server to send outgoing email alerts via SMTP.

PRICING & PAYMENT

TaskAnyone intranet has a monthly per user price that is identical to our regular TaskAnyone service. In addition to this, there is also a one time setup fee of $299.95 that includes time from a dedicated TaskSolution's specialist to help you get up and going.

Instead of paying per month, there is also an option to pay your user license fees on a 6 month or yearly basis. We support both online credit card payments and company purchase orders for this product.
